Manufacturing

Our manufacturing and assembly facilities are in Glen Iris, Victoria. Special equipment employed includes coil winding machinery capable of handling 0.017mm and up to 15 x 5 strip for conventional helical coils and toroidal winding machines for coils up to 150mm OD.

The high speed helical coil winder interfaces directly with computers to enable accurate design repetition from disc stored data. Other specialised equipment such as lamination cutting guillotines, hydraulic cable lugging presses, vacuum tanks and curing ovens ensure a totally integrated manufacturing process, to provide the highest quality outputs.

We manufacture electronic equipment and transformers to customised requirements, and our flexible manufacturing systems can capably handle single items or short runs.
